GAP 2023 Fall Committee Chair Request + Guest Forms
To facilitate planning and to ensure that your committee meeting goes smoothly, please provide meeting and guest information, including if your committee does not plan to meet in person. Please submit this form to me as soon as possible, but no later than September 15th, to ensure we can plan for your meeting. If you have invited guests or Post Fellow Guests give me the information with complete contact information or no meeting materials will be sent.
This information is used to send hotel reservation forms, meeting materials, and schedules and cannot be sent without the necessary information. GAP owns a limited number of LCD projectors, and these are reserved on a first come basis, so please let me know if your committee needs an LCD projector.
The room block will be released at the hotel October 20 so please let me know your plans by the deadline of September 15. If you have any questions, please call Frances at 972-613-0985.
