A person's user name can not be changed directly. They can be re-registered under a new name, their group / committee memberships re-established, their personal folder items (if any) can be cut and pasted from their old member folder to their new one. Once all of this is done, their old user name should be removed. All of this requires action by GAPoffice? staff (who will likely follow procedures describe in RegisterUser and finally RemoveUser).
