changed:
-
Assuming you have already logged-in and want to upload a file into your committee's folder:

- Click the "Groups" folder on the left

- Click your committee's subfolder on the left (may need to scroll down)

- Click the "add to folder" menu towards the right, part way down the screen in green (the green bar offers the committee folder options)

- Click the "file" option, assuming you're going to add a PowerPoint file to your committee folder

- Type in the lecture "Title."

- "Description" is optional, but if typed, will be found when members search our site.

- Click "Choose File" button underneath "File." This will open a dialogue allowing you to select the slides from among the many files on your personal computer.

- Click "Save" button at bottom. This will cause your file to be uploaded (may take a little bit) and stored in your committee folder, along with it's title (and description, if any was typed).

Once the file has been added to your committee's folder, other members can download it (after logging in). If your intention is to make it available to the browsing public, then the Publications Committee has to change your file's status from "public draft" (only available to GAP members) to "published" (openly accessible).
